Vision

At Whitstable Community Church, we're all about three main things:

Loving Jesus

Just as Jesus invited His first disciples in Matthew 4, we believe He invites each of us into a life of love, intimacy, and grace. Loving Jesus is more than an act - it’s a relationship we were created for, and it’s more significant than anything else (Philippians 3:8). It’s an invitation into a life of closeness, trust, and wholehearted devotion.

Growing together

Jesus is the head of the church and we are His body. As a community we seek to encourage one another and spur one another on to love and good works (Hebrews 10:24) that we might grow in the knowledge and likeness of Christ (Ephesians 13).

Sharing our hope

Jesus has commissioned His church to be the primary means through which God will make his appeal to the world (2 Corinthians 5:20). Empowered by the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8) we join Jesus in this mission (Matthew 28:19-20).
